When we got here last June we had heard and talked so much about the winter, we have been waiting it's arrival, these next few pictures are our winter so far, you can see our grass through he snow, we thought by January we would already be drinking hot chocolate in our snow house that we built, maybe February will bring snow!!!
Just finished a run down the sledding hill.
This picture looks hilarious, No Nate was not going to hit Gentry with a snow shovel he was protecting himself from a snowball.

This is the only snowman that day, we tried to build a snowman family but it wasn't happening.
Nate had the day off, the kids had the day off, YES SNOWBALL FIGHTS!!!

Playing catch, When Nate used to tell me about how he played int he snow when he was little, He loved it and never wanted to come in, the kids all took there turns coming in and out that day, but Nate stayed out for 41/2 straight hours, sledding, shoveling jumps, snowball fights, my kids are so lucky!!!

Nate waiting his turn. This hill is our side yard, it is so Nice that the kiddo's just suit up and play right here!!!
Gentry made it outside with, just leggings on, boots no socks, no hat, she did have gloves, a coat, and a smile the whole time!!!
Kate mastered the technique of sledding down the hill, steering down the grass, across the driveway, and landing in our front yard. She has SKILLS!!!

2012 Has already been off to an AWESOME start, Nate had a very relaxed schedule, and only has 2 more months before he is full time RADIOLOGY, his dream job is almost here!!! WE set some goals for the year and we are working on some now, some will come with summer, but if you follow our family blog this year you will see...shoe tying, bike riding, full swimming, kicking ball harder and further, running faster, running period, no more screaming, reading, cart wheeling, better food eating, lots of praying, LOVING every minute of our experience in MICHIGAN, people!!!
